How to book the apartment:
after confirming availability with us, send a deposit of £150 to secure your reservation
we send you 2 copies of a contract to sign, you keep 1 copy and return the other copy to us
send payment of the balance of the rental price 8 weeks before your holiday
if you book within 8 weeks of arrival the full amount is to be paid at the time of booking
all payments are via PayPal or French cheques payable to M.EVANS.
send a security deposit of £250 by cheque, this will be returned within a week of departure minus any deductions for breakages, damage or additional cleaning costs.
there are no extra charges to the rental price for TV, electricity, water or tourist tax.
we ask that you please clean the apartment at the end of your holiday and leave it as you found it.

How to get to Moliets et Maa
We will send you full directions once we have confirmed your booking.
Airports are Biarritz 50 minutes, Bordeaux 2hr, Pau 90 minutes. Flights by Ryanair, Air France, Easyjet, BMI Baby, Flybe, BA, Airlingus & KLM
Train station at Dax 30 minutes, the French rail network SNCF sells a train + bike ticket if you want to bring your bike with you.
Nearest autoroutes are N10 and N124.
